Well this is where all the madness began. Starting in 1964 with a few pieces of barstock and a grade 8 bolt, the Coyotee started to take shape. After quite a few years, alternating between being worked on
and languishing on a shelf, the Coyotee was finally completed in 1989. However, the engine refused to run. Precariously close to being obliterated with a sledgehammer, I continued to rework everything. Finally in 1995 the Coyotee came alive.
Having been refined over the many years since then, the Coyotte is a consistant runner preferring to run wide open, having been tached at an amazing 11,000 RPM! |
